Electronics and Communication Engineering focuses on the study of electronic devices, communication systems, signal processing, and modern transmission technologies that play a vital role in today’s digital world. The programme covers a wide range of technologies including radio communication, satellite systems, optical communication, embedded systems, mobile networks, and advanced electronic applications.

Established in 2010, the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering at RIST provides quality technical education through experienced faculty, modern laboratories, and practical learning methods. The department helps students strengthen their technical knowledge, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities through projects, workshops, seminars, and industry-oriented training.

Students gain exposure to emerging technologies and are prepared to meet the growing demands of the electronics and communication industry. The course also encourages innovation, research, and higher studies in specialized domains. Successfully completing the B.Tech programme opens doors to excellent career opportunities in electronics, communication, automation, embedded systems, telecommunications, and research sectors both in India and abroad.
