It gives me great pleasure and pride to address you as the Principal of Rajadhani Institute of Science and Technology (RIST), Palakkad. Since its inception, RIST has been steadfast in its commitment to academic excellence, discipline, and holistic development of students. PROFILE
Dr. Shine K is a distinguished academician with nearly two decades of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in reputed engineering institutions. He completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NSS College of Engineering, Calicut University, M.Tech in Computer Aided Design and Analysis from Manipal Institute of Technology, and obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in 2022.
He has served in key leadership roles including Professor and Head of the Department, IQAC Director, Principal In-Charge, and Governing Council Member, contributing significantly to NAAC and NBA accreditations, Autonomous curriculum development, and institutional quality enhancement. He has extensive expertise in advanced manufacturing, FABLAB, and innovation ecosystems, and has published widely in SCI and Scopus indexed journals, besides holding a patent.
A Mentor of Change under Atal Innovation Mission (NITI Aayog), Dr. Shine K is committed to fostering academic excellence, innovation, and holistic development in higher technical education.
